My favorite cookie

I have found it....my favorite cookie in the whole, wide world. Doesn't it seem like we are always looking for that elusive "best cookie ever"?? I have found it.

Here it is...the Ranger Cookie. Chocolate chips, coconut, rice krispies, and oats. The perfect combo with the perfect texture. Crunchy on edge, soft in the center.

Look at this perfect cookie.....I will never eat another cookie again, except if it is a Ranger Cookie from Sweet Mandy B's.

I ALWAYS UPDATE THIS - SO CHECK BACK OFTEN! Things I like to have in my kitchen

Balsamic Vinegar (a really good vinegar - good enough to take a swig every so oftern!)
Cans of black beans and dark kidney beans
Dorot frozen herbs - in cubes. Garlic and basil are my favorites
Eggs
Flour tortilla - I like the non-fat kind, but they are hard to find
Kosher Salt - for adding to food as it is cooking
Low or no sodium chicken broth
Low sodium soy sauce

My phone with internet access to look up restaurants and place orders for pick up

Sea Salt I like fresh ground right at the end of cooking something - like roasted vegis
